Sleeping arrangements:
The space comfortably sleeps four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The sofa bed conveniently pulls out into a queen size bed and extra pillows and sheets are stocked in the closet.

Private balcony, smart TV, in-unit laundry, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, bar seating, dedicated workspace, fitness center, and community room with a kitchen, lounge areas, shuffleboard, pool table, and bags (otherwise known as cornhole).

- Reserved parking is not included in this listing
- Free street parking spaces are available directly outside the building, with 2-hour time limits from 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one. 3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
