These two homes are right across the street from each other, with a combined total of 8 bedrooms, sleeping 24 guests total —designed for bachelor parties, birthday trips, and groups who want to keep the Nashville energy going from day to night. Each home is packed with entertainment—from game rooms with poker, darts, and shuffleboard to private balconies with skyline views for whiskey pours, or that first celebratory round before hitting Broadway. With multiple living rooms, big-screen TVs, and sleeper sofas, everyone has space to spread out (or crash after a late night). Both kitchens come fully stocked and ready for anything from a home-cooked breakfast to cocktail mixing before the night out, while bold Nashville-inspired murals and art keep the vibe local and fun. Dedicated vanity stations make getting ready as seamless as the night is long. When it’s time to hit the town, you’re steps from Broadway’s honky-tonks, rooftop bars, and music venues. Unit 1 – Soudcheck This 4BR home features two lounges with oversized TVs, a game room with shuffleboard, darts, and poker, plus a balcony with skyline views. A modern kitchen, dining table, and Nashville-inspired art set the stage for pre-game hangs, while sleek bathrooms and a bunk room make late-night banter part of the fun. Unit 2 – Vinyl House This 4BR home also boasts two living rooms with large TVs, a sleeper sofa, and game setups including a poker table, blackjack, darts, and even a putting green. The bold mural backdrop and balcony with lounge seating give the perfect setting for group dinners, drinks, or downtime. Property Manager provides a personalized hospitality experience to elevate your stay. With our Concierge Service, guests have access to our tech-enabled services like fridge stocking, private chefs, massages, transportation, special occasion celebrations, baby gear rentals, ski gear, beach gear, and more. For anything you need, we’re at your fingertips! Conway is located in Germantown, just a quick 5-minute Uber from all the excitement on Broadway and a 10-minute ride to Nissan Stadium. Explore local coffee shops, breweries, The Tennessee State Museum, and Bicentennial Park. Don’t forget to check out the Nashville Farmers Market! Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. Parking Details: - Parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking can be found along the street, as well as the parking lot in the interior of the building. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking.
