2. Parking for 2 vehicles in shared-parking lot. Street parking is prohibited year-round. There is no garage at the property.
3. North Shore Condos has a strict NO PETS policy.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
