Inside, the inviting living room features a comfortable sectional sleeper sofa, cozy gas fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchenette includes stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked for preparing meals before heading out to explore North Lake Tahoe.
The private ensuite bedroom offers a queen-size bed and opens to a fully renovated, spacious bathroom, creating a relaxing retreat after a day on the lake or the trails.
Step outside to your front porch and enjoy immediate access to two private sandy beaches and a scenic HOA pier, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or watching legendary Lake Tahoe sunsets. In the winter, you are less than fifteen minutes from Northstar California. There, enjoy access to almost 100 trails and over 3,000 skiable acres, impeccable grooming, incredible tree skiing, and enough variety to challenge every level of skier. Take advantage of world-class terrain parks, cross-country skiing, a youth Adventure Park, and a 9000-square-foot ice rink surrounded by fire pits and a rink sidebar.

2. Parking for 1 vehicle. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Buoys are not available for renters.
4. While, this complex is lakefront, this unit is not directly on the beach.
5. No laundry facilities on property.
6. The outdoor HOA pool is open seasonally from May to September.
7. Maximum one dog allowed (per HOA rules)
8. This unit is right off of North Lake Blvd- some road noise can be expected.
9. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
