You will be able to enjoy every room apart from 2 rooms closed for personal belongings.

Someone will meet you in person to give you the keys and welcome you the place around. We will stay available throughout your stay by phone or in person to ensure the quality of your stay.

The neighbourhood is very central, located right behind Cannes train station. You are next to Place du Commandant Maria, where you’ll find a bakery, supermarket, bank, flower shops, restaurants, a tabac, and more. It’s perfect for a morning coffee or an evening drink.
- Train Station: Just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to arrive from Nice or nearby towns.
- Bus Stops: Only a minute from the apartment, with connections to the beach, city center, and surrounding areas.
- Old Port: A lovely spot for a sunny stroll along the water or a boat tour, only 10 minutes on foot.
- Rue d’Antibes: Famous for its boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, just an 8-minute walk.
- La Croisette: Sandy beaches, luxury shops, and cafés are only 12 minutes away by foot.
- Palais des Festivals & Congress Center: Ideal for business travelers or event-goers, a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
- Forville Market: Just 10 minutes on foot, open Tuesday to Sunday mornings, where local producers sell fresh products.

Check-ins are available until 8:00 PM. For arrivals after this time, a self check-in process may be arranged upon request.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you take out the trash and wash the dishes before handing back the keys.

Cleaning is provided only at the end of your stay. For a change of linens or an additional cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to receive a quote for this extra service.
Household linen is provided upon arrival: one set of sheets per bed, one shower towel per person, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom, one tea towel, and two rolls of toilet paper.
