Space Bright 2 bedroom apartment located in a residence built in 2019 with a top location and an amazing terrasse looking over the residence’s pool where you will be able to access throughout your stay ! This apartment of 45m2 is composed of : - Entrance area > with an opened fully furnished kitchen with : dishwasher, washing machine, expresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishes, oven, fridge, and more ! - Living room : > with a dining room area where you can eat up to 4 people > couch in the living room > Internet, AC - Bedroom 1 : > double bed (160x200 CM) > AC > small wardrobe - Bedroom 2: > Bunkbeds for 2 people > AC > small storage area - Bathroom : > Italian shower style > toilets > sink area with a hairdryer - Outside area (30m2): > Table for up to 6 people > barbecue > outside summer couch and lounge area > view on the public pool accessible from the residence’s guests only The pool area has a shower and toilets for the guests to enjoy during the summer. The pool is open from 9.00 AM until 9 PM (21.00 h) This apartment has two underground private parking spots available for the guests to use ! Interaction I am available by message through the platform and can move me when needed throughout your stay. I will wait for you in front of the entrance of the residence to welcome you and give you the keys upon your arrival. Note that arrivals are no later than 8 PM (self checkin after 8pm) Access Guests have access to the entire apartment except closets in the hallway for personal use of the owner. Neighborhood The apartment is located on the avenue Reibaud in Antibes, near the Place de General de Gaulle the famous Picasso Museum in the old town of Antibes. In the surrounding area you will find many shops, restaurants and services. For instance, you will be able to go to the baker and butcher around the corner. Shops, beaches and train station in walking distance of a few minutes ! This location is ideal because close to the old Antibes between the ramparts of this historic district where it is very pleasant to get lost. Transit The bus stop 200 (for / from Nice Airport) is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment. The train station is located 10 minutes walk from the apartment (700 meters away). Notes In order to take full advantage of these small pedestrian streets, I recommend you park at our parking spot located inside of the building and then walk around to discover this wonderful historical city of Antibes. We offer bed linens and shower towels are included in the rental price. Cleaning is also included in the rental price. The dishes must however be cleaned and the bins thrown away. The parking space is for city-type of car. if you have a big car please make sure to send the dimension to the agency to see if your car can fit into the parking entrance of the builing. No soap, no laundry detergent, no coffee. Cleaning is only for the end of your stay. If you want to change linens or have a cleaning during your stay, please contact the agency to get a quote for this extra service. One set of bed linen is given upon arrival per bed. 2 towels (a small and a large one) per person.
