Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival. ➡️ Boats Cannot Be Docked – The property does not have dock access and boats may not be tied or moored at the canal or nearby. ➡️ Guest Agreement Required – All guests must sign Property Manager’ rental agreement before check-in. ➡️ Fire Pit, Kayaks, Hot Tub & Game Room – These amenities are for guest use at their own risk. Please supervise children and use responsibly. ➡️ Quiet Hours – This home is in a peaceful neighborhood. Please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. ➡️ No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted outdoors, away from doors and windows. ➡️ Seasonal Access – Some amenities may be seasonal and weather-dependent. ➡️ Decorative Fireplace – The fireplace is for ambiance only and not in use.
