Parking is limited to hardscaped areas only. The garage is not guest accessible. Gate Access: One complimentary pass included. Additional passes are $19 per vehicle per week when ordered at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Non-Smoking – All properties are strictly non-smoking. Minimum Age: Primary guest must be 25+ Grill: Propane grill plumbed to a 500-gallon underground tank and cleaned prior to arrival Pool & Spa Heating Kahuna Cove features a propane pool heater for consistent, reliable heating. Pool & Spa Heat (Combined): • $1,450/week during winter months • $850/week during late spring and early fall (lowest seasonal rate) Pricing is pro-rated for shorter stays. ♨️ Spa-Only Heat: • $250/week (June–August) • $350/week (September–May) Pro-rated for shorter stays. ️ Elevated Pool Temperatures: The pool may be heated to warmer-than-standard temperatures for an additional fee. Please inquire for exact pricing. Pet Policy We happily welcome well-behaved dogs with advance approval. • $225 per pet, per stay The backyard is not fenced. Pets should be supervised at all times when outdoors. Service animals are always welcome and not subject to fees. Emotional support animals are not service animals and are subject to the standard pet fee.
