A second queen bedroom, dressed in blues and whites, brings classic coastal flair. The third bedroom includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. These two bedrooms share a hall bath with a convenient tub/shower combo. Outdoor living is at its best with a screened porch, an open deck perfect for grilling, and a fenced backyard complete with an outdoor shower and hot tub. Under the front stairs, you’ll find a charming picnic area with a swing, offering a shady spot to relax after a day at the beach. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities including restaurants and bars, pools (opened year-round), golf, pickleball, tennis, fitness center, and more. Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.
