Come and enjoy this newly renovated home centrally located in Tempe! Renovated from ceiling to floor, no detail was left out to maximize your comfort and enjoyment during your stay! An open kitchen, living and formal dining area are perfect for entertaining and enjoying the company of your group! 3 bedrooms offer privacy when needed & formal work space as well if any work needs to get done! There is a casita in the back that is also a rental & can be reserved if extra space is needed!
Enter through the front door directly into the living room featuring ample seating & a large mounted flat screen tv for entertainment! The kitchen features brand new appliances & is stocked with all cooking essentials! A formal dining area with seating for 6 offers additional space for meals and relaxing! There’s a work desk & additional sofa with tv in the office space directly next to the kitchen at the rear of the home. There are 3 private bedrooms in the home & 2 bathrooms. Sofa is a pullout queen sleeper as well for additional sleeping space.
