Welcome to your home away from home in Cave Creek! This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home offers a wonderful backyard oasis with pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, lounging & fire pit. Inside, the expansive interior is tastefully designed featuring an open kitchen, living & bar area perfect for entertaining! You’ll love the amazing sunset views in the evening along with the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. Nearby you can explore the desert terrain, botanical gardens, or try cowboy-style activities. Large living space offers plenty of room for the entire group to spread out & privacy when needed! Sitting/bar room features multiple sofas, bar (not stocked), piano & automatic sliding screen door allowing full access to the lovely backyard. Kitchen has been fully stocked with all cooking essentials for any meals you may prepare during you stay with us & features top of the line appliances. Movie Theater offers cinema experience for your favorite films! 4 bedrooms offer ample sleeping arrangements - The master features a king bed & bathroom en suite with large walk-in closets. 2 of the guest bedrooms also offer en suite bathrooms. Backyard is fully fenced & features a pool (heating optional), outdoor kitchen, fireplace, lounge chairs & outdoor furniture perfect for dining and enjoying our famous Arizona sunsets! You’ll have access to the entire home & premises. With a history that includes ancient peoples, gold mining, ranching and dam construction—all of which you can absorb at the most excellent Cave Creek Museum—this scenic town is filled with nods to the cowboy life, wide-open spaces, and fun eateries and watering holes. Uber & Lyft operate in Cave Creek! ALLERGY DISCLAIMER: If you have any pet allergies please reach out to Property Manager to confirm the home is pet-free before your stay. **HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests’ entire stay; at $75 per night. Please understand, a heated pool is NOT a hot tub. Pool heater is set to 85 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 3degrees; depending on weather. Pool heating is confirmed and charged 2-3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request. While we’ve had no problems thus far, unforeseen weather or equipment issues may render this option unavailable during some or all of your stay (in which case fee would be refunded). Please realize, even the desert can have inclement weather. When outside temperatures drop to the 60’s and below, fluctuations in water temps should be expected and a steady pool temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool is professionally maintained weekly.
