In addition, the park has ponds that are a natural habitat for various species of birds and fish. Krowodrza Park offers excellent conditions for walks, jogging, picnics and various forms of physical activity. You can also find playgrounds for children and sports fields for various sports disciplines. The 5th Military Clinical Hospital is located near the apartment.
In the immediate vicinity you can find various shops (Biedronka, Żabka, Stokrotka, Lewiatan, Netto), restaurants (Yamato Sushi, Koko Sushi, Obiadkownia pod 13, To Malo Tex-Mex Bar, Italia To Go, Bistro Łobzów), Drewutnia pub and service points, as well as the Nowy Kleparz market.
