**Space**
Our 75 m² apartment is located on Boulevard du Sablier on the 2nd floor with elevator in a recent high-end residence. Particularly bright thanks to its numerous windows, it is the ideal base for a stay in Marseille.
The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to a large room and a large terrace offering a magnificent view of the hills of the Calanques of Marseille. The terrace is particularly pleasant for resting and relaxing.
The sleeping area consists of:
- a first bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning,
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed (double bed on the bottom and single bed on top) and air conditioning.
Plenty of storage in the bedrooms.
A private and secure parking space in an underground garage is available.
You will have all the necessary comfort for a great stay in Marseille! Restaurants and shops are near the apartment either in the neighborhood or towards Plage du Prado (800 meters). Parc Borély is 700 meters away. Stade Vélodrome is 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by bike.
With a Mobility Lease for a duration of 1 to 10 months (student, employee in training, employee in professional mobility):
- mandatory cleaning supplement every 15 days with bed linen replacement,
- access to the rooftop pool, open and heated from April to October, from 7am to 10pm.
As this residence is mainly occupied by owners living there year-round, we thank you for respecting its peaceful nature (no noise, no parties).
To provide you with the best welcome, we supply bed linens throughout your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats, and one bath towel per person. Kitchen towels not included. Additionally, welcome kits are available upon arrival, containing coffee capsules, tea, sugar, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, dish soap, and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a security deposit must be made via pre-authorization on your credit card. This amount will neither be blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.

Upon arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time selected in our Application.
Arrival between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM: €20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.
Important: No arrivals will be possible after 11:00 PM.
For any reservation of 30 days or more, signing a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility conditions.
**Neighborhood**
Located in a residential area of Marseille, in the immediate vicinity of the beaches, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city via public transport (bus 1 minute walk away). Explore this dynamic, lively, and sunny city. Via public transport (bus), you can visit museums (Mucem, Cantini Museum, Palais du Pharo), discover markets with Mediterranean colors, and beautiful beaches (Pointe Rouge beach is 15 minutes’ walk away and Prado beach is 10 minutes away). Parc Borély is less than 10 minutes’ walk away and the Calanques are 10 minutes by car. You will find many restaurants and bars (Red Lion) near our accommodation to share good times, as well as numerous shops for your purchases or groceries (Carrefour Bonneveine).
