On entering the house, you walk up a set of steps taking you into the open-plan lounge and kitchen area. This has all of the modern appliances that you will need to cook some of the local fresh fish available at the nearby fish market or produce from the weekly Farmers Market, just a 5-minute walk away.
Down to the ground floor, you have a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a small utility area next door. Then going back up through the house to the third floor you have an office area, should you wish to do some work whilst you are away. On this floor, you will find the second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Moving up to the fourth and final floor is where you will find the beautiful roof terrace where you can spend your days lying on the sun loungers soaking up the sun or enjoying a lovely meal prepared on the BBQ. This has to be one of the best places to enjoy your holiday where you can truly relax and enjoy all that Lagos and the Algarve has to offer with its views towards Meia Praia Beach and the Old Town of Lagos.

Neighborhood
The townhouse is located right next to the Lagos marina area. The Marina area has all you need including restaurants, bars with live music and a large supermarket.
Lagos is the perfect holiday destination with a lively historical center full of shops, (super)markets, a marina, bars and restaurants. It is known for its breathtaking cliffs and we highly recommend a boat, kayak or SUP tour to see them from the water. The town has a picturesque historical centre, great food and friendly people. As it is located on the coast you can enjoy several watersports activities such as surfing and sailing. There are many activities for all ages and preferences in this area.
Transit
You have both a local and national bus service as well as a train service near the centre of Lagos, so getting out and about is quite easy. Due to the location of the property, there is no allocated parking, however there are paying facilities nearby should you wish to hire a car.
