Comprising two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, this apartment also has a pleasant bathroom with shower. In addition to these amenities, you can wake up every day with a wonderful view of the Funchal bay and the Desertas islands.
With excellent natural lighting and a carefully decorated apartment, in light tones that match the practical and modern furniture that was chosen for this apartment. With a fully equipped living room, in symbiosis with the open space kitchen, they complete the interior space of the property.
To enjoy the spring mornings or the summer afternoons and evenings, the apartment has a generous balcony where you can enjoy a drink or indulge in your meals during your stay.

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area close to Funchal city center. Its location allows you to move easily to any place in the city or island, with close access to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island.
Nearby you will find some cafes, snack-bars and small grocery stores. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive away.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
