This pleasant city apartment, located in one of the main arteries of the city, is close to the main accesses to the highway that connects the east, west and north of the island, as well as to the streets that give access to the downtown area of the city.
Given the privileged location, you will be just a few steps away from various services, such as supermarkets, stores, gardens and playgrounds, as well as a variety of restaurants.
One of the main features of this apartment is its window, which offers a stunning view to the north of Funchal.
The property can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

This apartment is located in a privileged central area, right in the heart of the city of Funchal. 10 minutes walk from the Mercado dos Lavradores and the Old Town of Funchal, from here you can explore the various tourist attractions of our beautiful city (e.g. Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Cathedral, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc...)
In addition to these amenities, close to the house (10 minutes walk) there is the ’La Vie’ shopping centre with several shops, cafés, restaurants and a medium-sized supermarket.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
