Staying in the centre of Funchal is a privilege, as you’re only a few minutes away from a number of places to visit. The proximity makes the experience more interesting for those who like to get around on foot. Located just a few minutes’ walk from Jardim de Santa Luzia, this pleasant one-bedroom city flat offers a cosy atmosphere and the essential amenities for those travelling as a couple or in a business context. Simply decorated, practical and functional, the flat has a living room with a sofa, dining table, TV and balcony overlooking the interior courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed and a window that lets in natural light. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook your own meals. Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The property can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. AREA This flat is a 10-minute walk from the Farmers’ Market and Funchal’s Old Town. From here you can explore the various tourist attractions on foot, such as the cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Sé Cathedral and Madeira Wine Lodge. In addition to these amenities, shopping centres are very close by, with various shops, cafés, restaurants and medium-sized supermarkets. In the city centre there is plenty of information on all kinds of activities you can do during your holiday: cultural activities, extreme activities, nature activities... whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island! PROPERTY RULES To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance. • Parties or events are not permitted. • Pets are not permitted. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night. The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property. In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes. Municipal tourist tax (when applicable): €2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival. Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability. Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00 Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge. By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions. OTHER NOTES All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket. For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
