Situated in a quiet residential street in Garajau, this apartment is ideal to relax in with a nice garden and sea view. It is just about 10 minutes by car from Funchal centre and it is also conveniently located for visiting other parts of the Island. This apartment is located in Garajau, 10 minutes by car to city centre of Funchal and accommodates 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It has 1 bathroom and a garden with hammock chairs to relax in the sun. The apartment is big and fully equipped with all modcons - dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, TV plus free wireless internet and a free-parking space. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Renting a car at the airport is probably the best option to enjoy the freedom of discovering the Island on our own and returning to a quiet apartment with a private garden at the end of day. Relaxing in Garajau wondering its residential streets, going to the beach or reading a book in your own private garden are also some of the privileges of staying in this area. Peaceful place. GETTING AROUND To get from/to airport, you can ask us to arrange a taxi transfer with our local and trustworthy partners. Cheaper that the airport taxis! OTHER OBSERVATIONS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All necessary linens and towels are provided. A cot, high chair and baby’s tub can be arranged if necessary. We have a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and an anti-fire blanket on all properties. ATTENTION We inform that a Municipal Tourist Ecotax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Santa Cruz. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person.
