The property is located in the centre of Funchal, Madeira Island. Take advantage of your stay to explore this town, which offers countless possibilities! Take advantage of the flat’s proximity to the Mercado dos Lavradores. Guests have easy access to various restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, including a nearby beach and seafront promenade.
Perfect location for exploring the city on foot (within a 5-15 minute walk of the cathedral, marina, CR7 Museum, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, Electricity Museum), by car (parking nearby) and by public transport (bus stop right outside the building). There is a Pingo Doce supermarket in the Anadia Shopping centre.
Don’t miss the experience of taking the cable car to Monte or the Botanical Gardens. You can also walk to the starting point (5-7 minutes).
You should also be aware that in the centre of Funchal there are various tourist attractions and information on cultural activities, extreme activities and nature activities, whatever the purpose of your visit to Madeira Island.

The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
