In this property of large areas, soft and harmonious tones, you will find a suite, with natural light that fills the space, transmits a warm and welcoming environment. In this area, there is also a wardrobe, air conditioning, private bathroom with bathtub and access to the balcony that offers an incredible view over the Atlantic Ocean.
In the living room, there is a seating area, with sofa, cable TV and a dining area. Through the living room there is access to the bedroom and to the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for the meal preparation throughout the stay. There is also a guest WC available.
Outside, the balcony with a stunning sea view invites you to enjoy the space, with two nice sitting areas. Take a coffee break, read a book, listen to your favourite music or enjoy the sunset with a nice glass of wine and a cheese board.
The stay in this apartment includes the use of the three swimming pools available in the building, gym, snooker table and gardens.

The property is located on Estrada Monumental, in the luxury condominium Madeira Palace Residences, near the centre of Funchal. Quiet area, with quick and easy access to Praia Formosa. The flat is close to the Promenade that connects Funchal to Câmara de Lobos. In this area you will find Fórum Madeira shopping centre, several restaurants, bars, pastry shops, pharmacies and other services.
If you choose to go to the centre of the city of Funchal know that there are several points of tourist interest and information on cultural activities, radical activities, activities linked to nature, whatever the purpose of the visit to Madeira Island.
GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
