A charming two-story villa in Porto Santo, ideal for families or groups of up to 6 guests. Set in a quiet area, it combines comfort and convenience, just minutes away from the golden beaches that make this island so unique. Upstairs, you’ll find 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with private bathroom and a balcony overlooking the sea and Pico do Castelo. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom, ensuring convenience for all guests. On the ground floor, the welcoming open-plan living area combines a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for shared meals and relaxation. A guest WC adds functionality, while direct access to the outdoor patio invites you to enjoy al fresco dining or unwind at the end of the day. AREA The villa is located in Porto Santo, famous for its fine sandy beach and crystal-clear waters, ideal for long walks, swimming, and outdoor activities. Gonçalves Guest House offers the perfect blend of tranquility, proximity to essential services, and the island’s natural beauty. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Porto Santo. All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person. Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property. RULES We want you to feel at home. We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.
