This property, located on the 3rd floor, offers two bedrooms, a double bedroom with private bathroom; and a twin bedroom of two single beds, both with access to the balcony, and the double bedroom connects with the living room balcony.
In open space, you will find the fully equipped kitchen with access to a laundry area, the living room with a sofa bed and dining area with an appropriate atmosphere for meals. The social bathroom is equipped with a shower. The living room gives access to the balcony where you will find a small space equipped with furniture suitable for a break to relax, read a book, drink a coffee or contemplate the generous sea view.

The property is a 2-minute walk from the Nazaré viewpoint, which offers incredible views over the city of Funchal and the Atlantic Ocean. The building is on the roadside and close to a public bus stop, bakeries and restaurants.
The great advantage of this accommodation is that it is a 7-minute drive from Funchal city centre and relatively close to the expressway accesses that take you quickly to other locations. Take advantage of your stay to explore the four corners of Madeira Island, but if you choose to stay in Funchal, know that the capital offers countless experiences and activities! On your way to Funchal visit the emblematic Quinta Magnolia Garden, which has a wonderful children’s play area, picnic areas, tennis courts, paddle courts, a restaurant and a café with a fantastic terrace. In the city centre, don’t miss out on the cable car ride up to Monte or the Botanical Gardens, and don’t forget to visit places like the CR7 Museum, the Funchal Marina, the Santa Catarina Park or the Baltazar Dias Theater. There are many other landmarks in this city that can be chosen depending on the available time and interest of the visitors.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
