This lovely Islington townhouse is set on a wide residential street, just a 5-minute walk from Canonbury Overground and within easy reach of Highbury & Islington and Arsenal stations, offering fast access into central London. With spacious interiors and a large walled garden, this home is well suited for families or groups looking to enjoy both the local neighbourhood and the city beyond.
On the lower ground floor is a bright, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and sitting room including a TV. One of the two sofas here can also be converted into a sofa bed for 1-2 extra guests. From this level, doors open out to a generous walled garden with patio, an astro turf area for the kids, outdoor seating, and a BBQ - perfect for warmer days.
On the raised ground floor is a utility room with washer and dryer. Please note one of the rooms on this level will be locked and not available for guest use.
On the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom with super king-size bed and TV. This room benefits from an en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower, sink, and loo. Just below, on a half floor, is an additional shower room with loo.
The second floor offers a single bedroom with desk and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and a trundle bed. A family bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and loo serves this floor.
At the top of the house is a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, sofa, and desk. This bedroom is served by a family bathroom with separate shower, sink and loo. Please note that the storage room and roof terrace on this level will be private and not available to guests.

We Love
The large walled garden with mature plants and seating is a fantastic feature for a London townhouse, offering plenty of space to relax and entertain. Combined with the home’s flexible bedroom layout, 4 bathrooms and excellent transport links, this is a great base for families or groups.

To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
