Living Room & Media
Holiday in luxury on the leather lounges amid cathedral ceilings and the inbuilt gas fireplace at Salt Beach Escape. Relax at the beach or pool in front of the cosy fireplace with one of the many supplied books, or enjoy the Smart TV. Open the expansive glass sliding doors tand feel the ocean breezes inside. For a cosy movie night, retreat to the adjacent media room with optional sliding doors and settle in to watch your favourite films or Foxtel in comfort.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and adjacent is the laundry- with washing machine, dryer and iron/ironing board for your convenience.
Outdoor Living & Pool
The outdoor area is spacious and built for outdoor living. Spread out among the dining setting, lounge suites or on the poolside sunlounges. The generous swimming pool overlooks a stunning coastal reserve, and offers a rare level of outdoor privacy. The outdoor kitchen complete with large BBQ, drinks fridge and sink, is ideal for poolside lunches.
Outdoor Activities
Head to the beach path for easy access to the beach or enjoy the small putting green to practice your short strokes on holiday! Level up at the nearby Chinderah Golf Club for a full 18 hole golfing experience.
The property also includes 8 bikes with helmets, fishing rods, fins & snorkeling gear, pool toys/floats and boogieboards. (use of any equipment is at your own risk).
Kitchen
The huge kitchen with a walk in pantry is an entertainer’s dream. Ample bench space gives you the room to craft your holiday meals with ease. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, large fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee pod machine and milkshake maker. The adjacent large timber dining table seats 10 - perfect for your special gatherings.
Upstairs Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms are located upstairs, and contain ducted AC.
1. The spacious master suite features a King Bed, ducted AC, ceiling fan and a balcony with views overlooking the coastal reserve. It also features a huge walk-in closet and large ensuite, complete with his-and-hers sinks, freestanding bathtub with a view, shower with handheld and rain shower heads, heated towel rail and toilet.
2. Bedroom 2 adjoins Master Bedroom and must enter bedroom 2 to enter master. Door is fitted to Bed 1 and 2, so Bedroom 2 can be enclosed.
This room features ducted AC and 2 singles, perfect for little ones wanting to be close to caregivers.
3. Bedroom 3 contains a King bed, ducted AC & ceiling fan, plus front balcony access.
4 & 5. Bedrooms 4 and 5 both contain a Queen bed, ducted AC & ceiling fan, plus front balcony access.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkeling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
