Welcome to Shaker Of Salt! Professionally managed by Property Manager.This beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, featuring a private pool and spacious living areas, ideal for both relaxation and entertaining.
The primary bedroom is a retreat, complete with a king-size bed and an attached bathroom that boasts a walk-in shower, ensuring your comfort and privacy. The second bedroom offers ample space with two queen-size beds and a TV, making it perfect for friends or family members. The third bedroom also features two queen-size beds and plenty of closet space, providing both comfort and convenience.
The second bathroom is well-appointed with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower, catering to the needs of your family and friends. The home features two separate living room spaces, both designed for unwinding and enjoying quality time. Whether you’re watching your favorite shows, reading a book, or simply enjoying the ambiance, these living areas offer the perfect setting.
Step outside to your private pool, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or take a refreshing dip. Located in Sarasota, this home provides easy access to the area’s beautiful beaches, shopping, dining, and cultural attractions.
The backyard is currently getting astroturf laid around the pool area.
Garage is not accessible for guests use. It has been converted to a game room. Guests can park in the driveway. Fireplace is NOT for guests use.

Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through OTA. If you’re bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.
