Want to enjoy the sun by the community pool or take a short drive to the white sandy beaches on Florida’s Gulf Coast? Then this home if for you! This home is in the perfect location for Golfers, Shoppers, and the Vacationers with everything being just a short drive from the property.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for a group or family of 4. With over 1600 square feet this property offers a spacious floor plan making it possible to maximize family time and privacy. The patio area off the living room is all screened in and has plenty of seating to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. A bonus is the abundant wild life that can be seen from the patio from the gorgeous golf course.
The kitchen is fully upgraded with newer appliances and granite countertops it is also fully stocked with all the amenities you would need on vacation. Off the kitchen is a dining area that seats up to six people. It also has a breakfast nook for seating up to four and is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your mornings. The living room overlooks the back lanai and has a tv to watch your favorite shows on.
The master bedroom is just off the living room and has a king size bed with a tv and features a stunning master bathroom. The private master bath features a walk-in shower, soaker tub and dual vanity. The other bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom is set up as an office.
Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. The pet fee for the first pet is collected through OTA. If you’re bringing a second pet, an additional non-refundable fee must be paid directly to the management company after booking.
