Step outside and you ll find a true outdoor oasis. The expansive lanai features a sparkling heated pool, comfy sectional seating, and a dining area perfect for enjoying meals al fresco.
Inside, the open floor plan welcomes you with vaulted ceilings, beautiful tile floors, and plenty of natural light. The living room s cozy sectional and flat-screen TV are the perfect spot to unwind while still enjoying views of the pool and canal. The dining area s large wooden table is ready for family dinners, and the bright, cheerful kitchen with its eat-in breakfast nook will delight any home chef.
The master suite offers a queen bed and private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full beds, while the third features a queen bed perfect for accommodating family or friends. Both bathrooms are stylish and comfortable, and every bedroom includes a walk-in closet. A roomy laundry area with washer, dryer, and sink makes extended stays a breeze.
You ll also be just a short drive from The Murdock Mall, Sam s Club, and the shops of North Port so you can enjoy peaceful seclusion without sacrificing convenience.
A few notes:
For security, this home has a Ring doorbell camera at the front door, plus two outdoor cameras (one by the canal deck and one in the pool area) used only when the home is vacant. The pool area camera can be covered during your stay if you prefer just uncover it before you leave. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed. Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
