Beach chairs, towels, and a cart are already here. Bikes, pickleball, tennis, and golf are all a few minutes away. South Beach is the end of Sea Pines that people tend to fall for. It’s quieter than Harbour Town, and everything you need is close enough to walk to — the marina, the shops, the Salty Dog on a night when there’s live music on the deck. The living area opens straight onto the balcony, which is where most people end up in the evening. Big sectional, TV, ceiling fan. The dining table seats six and sits open to the kitchen — granite counters, built-in oven and cooktop, French-door fridge, dishwasher. Full-size laundry in the unit.
