Stunning villa among the Piacenza hills, with private pool, sauna, and bocce court.
The villa is the result of a skillful renovation that has preserved the ancient charm of the place, while balancing it with modern design touches, without sacrificing comfort. The interiors are spacious and airy. The villa, as well as the outdoor areas—from the large portico to the pool area—have been carefully curated in every detail with taste and style. It is a place for those who wish to stop time, as the old bricks of the house and the surrounding nature invite only to relax and enjoy the holiday.
The pool and sauna have been built in the same style as the house, blending harmoniously with the surrounding natural environment. The large covered area next to the pool, furnished with sofas and tables, will be your favorite spot to spend long summer days in perfect relaxation.
The hills surrounding the house are rich in medieval villages, castles, and wineries producing excellent Piacenza wines. In particular, the Trebbia Valley, one of the four valleys of the hills, is home to some of the most beautiful villages in Italy. For sports enthusiasts: cycling and mountain biking, as well as hiking, are the best ways to explore and discover these areas.
A cat lives in the villa’s garden and is used to roaming the outdoor spaces.
The villa is reached via about one kilometer of unpaved road, accessible to all cars, but to be driven with care and attention.
The large windows of the living area will immerse you in the landscape. The ground floor has two wings: on one side, the kitchen and dining room connected to the outside with a barbecue and porch for dining; on the other, the sleeping area with a double bedroom and bathroom. Stairs lead to the first floor: above the kitchen a large living room, and on the other side 3 bedrooms (split-level stairs) with bathrooms. In the garden, next to the stream, is the annexe with a bedroom and bathroom. One staircase has no handrail.

Milan, Italy, is a city that epitomizes style and sophistication, making it an irresistible destination for travelers from around the globe. Known as the fashion capital of the world, Milan is a trendsetter in style and design, with its elegant boutiques, high-end shopping districts like the Quadrilatero della Moda, and the iconic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, one of the world's oldest shopping malls.
Beyond fashion, Milan is a treasure trove of artistic and cultural riches. The city's crown jewel is the magnificent Duomo di Milano, a stunning Gothic cathedral that took nearly six centuries to complete. Visitors can climb to the rooftop to enjoy panoramic views of the city or marvel at the intricate details of its façade. Another must-see is Leonardo da Vinci's "The Last Supper," housed in the Convent of Santa Maria delle Grazie—a masterpiece of Renaissance art that continues to captivate audiences.
Milan's cultural scene extends to its vibrant opera and theater offerings, with the Teatro alla Scala being one of the most prestigious opera houses in the world. The city's museums, such as the Pinacoteca di Brera and the Museo del Novecento, showcase an impressive array of artworks ranging from classical masterpieces to contemporary creations.
For those interested in history, the Sforza Castle is a symbol of Milan's storied past, housing several museums and art collections within its robust walls. The castle's grounds also serve as a public park, providing a green oasis in the heart of the city.
Milan's culinary scene is equally enticing, with a variety of dining options that reflect the city's cosmopolitan nature. Traditional Milanese dishes, such as risotto alla Milanese and ossobuco, can be savored in historic trattorias, while innovative chefs offer modern interpretations of classic flavors in chic, contemporary restaurants.
The city's nightlife is as fashionable as its daytime persona, with trendy bars, clubs, and lounges that come alive after dark, particularly in the Navigli district, where the canal-side ambiance adds a romantic touch to evening escapades.
Milan also serves as a gateway to the stunning lakes of Northern Italy, such as Lake Como and Lake Garda, making it an ideal base for exploring the picturesque landscapes and charming towns of the Lombardy region.
In essence, Milan is a city that offers an alluring mix of fashion, art, history, and gastronomy, all wrapped in an atmosphere of Italian elegance. It's a destination that promises an enriching and stylish travel experience for all who visit.
