- This 2-story cabin requires 1 step to enter. There is a bedroom and a full bathroom on the 1st floor. The other bedroom is on the 2nd floor with an en-suite bathroom and a game area with air hockey, Connect 4, and a dartboard
- 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive and/or snow chains are recommended in the winter months to access the property
- There is wildlife activity in the area; children should be supervised at all times
- Bears may visit the property from time to time; please remove all food from your vehicles, and keep vehicle windows, vehicle doors, and cabin doors closed and locked
- This property features 5 exterior surveillance cameras: 1 camera is located on the front porch facing out, 1 camera is on the left side of the cabin facing out, 1 camera is on the right side of the cabin facing the parking area, 1 camera is on the back deck facing the basement door/back property (owner access only), and 1 camera is on under the deck facing the HVAC system. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion
