This 33m² apartment, located on the 2nd floor (without elevator) of the "Les 2 Chamois" residence in the residential area of Pècles, can accommodate up to 4 people. The living and dining area is equipped with a TV and PS2, perfect for relaxation after a day of adventure. The open kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, induction hob (2 burners), mini-oven, KRUPS coffee maker, and kettle. The apartment has two double bedrooms (140x190 and 160x190), and a bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. Pets are not allowed, and it is a non-smoking apartment.
Located just 400 meters from the pedestrian zone of Chamonix, the apartment is conveniently close to the town’s cafes, shops, and restaurants. It also offers a stunning south-facing balcony with garden furniture and a breathtaking view of the Mont-Blanc range. The bus stop and bus station (Chamonix south) are 500 meters away, while the Aiguille du Midi train station is only 550 meters from the apartment.
