Things to Know This Property Manager Guestworks vacation rental is operated and managed locally by an independent host. Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. If you need anything during your stay, the home’s independent local host is ready to help 24/7! Guestworks is a service offering of Property Manager that allows homeowners to smoothly and efficiently manage their own properties. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking fees. Fees must be paid to HOA at least 3 days prior to arrival. There is a $100 fine for registering less than 3 days prior to check in. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING When booking, please have the following information: - make/model/year of the vehicle(s) you’re bringing - license plate number/state for vehicle(s) - name of drivers This information is needed to register with the HOA. You’ll not have access to the community without being registered NOTE: Memberships: (age 6+) $8.50 daily, $42.50 weekly (in-season, late May-early September), $2 daily (off-season); transaction fee $20 & $20 per vehicle. NOTE: The hot tub is not for guest use. NOTE: There is a bedroom on 1st floor that is locked off and being used a storage closet. Guests do not have access to this room. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
