Ounas is a riverside stay by the Ounasjoki River, designed for comfortable stays close to Levi’s ski slopes and summer trails. Completed in 2024, it features three bedrooms, an electric sauna, and a fireplace, creating a welcoming setting for families or small groups. A well-equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, and a quiet workspace upstairs add to the ease of everyday living—while nearby forests and riverside paths invite exploration. Located near the Ounasjoki River, Ounas offers a calm base with forest views and easy access to the slopes and trails of Levi. Completed in 2024, this modern home is set across two floors and arranged for both comfort and practical living. The open-plan kitchen and dining area includes an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, and a single coffee maker, with a dining table that seats six. The fireplace and large windows make the living area bright and welcoming, while underfloor heating keeps it comfortable in any season. The three bedrooms sleep up to seven guests: one room with a double bed (2×80 cm), a second with three single beds, and a third with two single beds. There’s an electric sauna for quiet evenings, and two half bathrooms in addition to a full bathroom with a rain shower and washing machine. Upstairs, a dedicated workspace in the hallway offers a quiet corner for reading or remote work, complemented by fast Wi-Fi throughout the house. Outdoors, the terrace and surrounding forest invite guests to slow down and enjoy the riverside setting. Levi’s lifts, ski tracks, and biking routes are only a short drive away, balancing quiet surroundings with easy access to year-round activities.
