This spacious 2-bed, 1-bath apartment is the perfect getaway for those seeking sun, surf, and relaxation. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing before strolling over to the beach or bay for a day of fun in the sun. Enjoy one dedicated parking space, a full kitchen, high speed WiFi and beach essentials. We have just what you need for the perfect getaway Please be aware that the neighboring building is undergoing a construction project through spring 2025. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and some noise may be heard during these hours. We recommend using Uber/Lyft/Taxis if possible if you have more than one vehicle. Like many homes by the coast, we do not have air conditioning. We do have ceiling fans in the rooms for your comfort. Feel free to open the windows, let the ocean air flow, and enjoy the unique charm of Mission Beach. Guests must climb stairs, as the unit is on the second floor.
