The Blue Pelican is the ultimate beachfront getaway waiting for you! This 4BR/4.5BA
offers a private boardwalk straight to the beach and a spacious beachfront deck with
lots of seating, lounging furniture and wide open panoramic views. Located in the
upscale neighborhood of Indian Beach, this home sits right on the water with quick
access to the shore. Fire up the top-of-line Blaze gas BBQ and enjoy outdoor grilling at
it’s finest. Grab a drink at the wet bar and relax. Enjoy the brand new renovated exterior
and interior throughout!
The space
Built by famous Houston Psychiatrist Dr. EdReitman in 1988, this custom home is
incredible. The show-stopping living room features soaring ceilings and floor-to-ceiling
windows. Stretch out on two Italian Leather Cantoni sofas to take in spectacular beach
views. The 65” smart TV with ambient lighting allows you to watch shows and sports
during the day with minimum glare.
A lofted second living room has a sofa bed, two armchairs, and 55” Smart TV. Grab
something cold from the wet bar equipped with a mini-fridge and sink.
Whip up meals in the custom kitchen with granite counters and top-of-the-line
appliances including brand new Gourmet Induction cooktop. The island faces the
windows, giving you fantastic beach views from four seats. A small round table is
perfect for light meals, while the dining table seats eight.
The INCREDIBLE second-floor master suite features a king bed, 55” smart TV with full
motion wall mount. A round wall of windows means you’ll wake up to stunning 180
degree views unlike any other home on the island! A connected study with a desk and a
full-size sleeper sofa is a great retreat. The en-suite bath has a walk-in shower and
jetted tub.

marble and granite!
There are three guest bedrooms on the main floor. The second bedroom has a queen
bed and full custom bookcases, while the third offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and a
Queen-over-twin XL bunk bed. The nearby guest bath has a walk-in shower.
A guest room on the opposite side of the home has a king bed, sliding door to a private
deck with seating, and an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combination. An extra full
bath with a walk-in shower is located near the second living area.
EXTRA AMENITIES
High-speed internet with complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as a washer/dryer, chairs, toys,
and umbrellas are provided.
A half bath is below the home near the outdoor shower. Four vehicles can park in the
driveway.
Guest access
You have access to the entire home with the exception of owners closets and elevator.
