Newly renovated, with three cozy bedrooms and wonderful spaces for spending time with loved ones, you won’t find a better home base for exploring all the best that Charlottesville has to offer! Your car will be completely optional as the downtown mall and Belmont are mere steps away.
This lovely home has everything you need to have a wonderful home base in Charlottesville! Downstairs, the spacious living room has ample room for conversations or relaxing with a movie. The bathroom, kitchen and dining room are well-stocked and open up onto the private back deck and fully fenced yard, complete with picnic table and grill. Upstairs, you’ll find an updated full bathroom and three bedrooms featuring comfy beds, fresh linens, and fluffy towels.

The location of the house is unbeatable --it’s just a 7-minute walk from the downtown mall, which is the hub of downtown Charlottesville and filled with restaurants, shops, art galleries, concert venues, and more. Downtown Belmont is only a five-minute walk from the house and features many of the best restaurants in Charlottesville!
The house is in a great walkable location to the downtown Charlottesville area. Bus routes are nearby, and Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful as well!
Well-behaved pets will be welcome for an additional pet fee of $100/month. Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture, and an additional cleaning fee will be assessed if pet hair has to be removed from furniture or bed linens. Thank you!
