CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available if guests aren’t departing and arriving on the same day. Please inquire at the time of booking. LUGGAGE STORAGE: We’ve partnered with Stasher, which has a luggage storage facilities at 1501 Biscayne Blvd #501, just 8 blocks away. Dinnerware and glassware for 18 is included. POOL & HOT TUB: The pool and hot tub are exclusive to this property and not shared with anyone else. Pool and hot tub cleaning occur once a week on a pre-set schedule. The pool measures 18’ long, 9’ wide, and 52" deep. The pool is not heated and is an above-ground pool with a wooden deck that features a small sitting area for 2 guests. WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, stair gates, 18 beach towels, free high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix.
