The Location - Located in laid back Manyana this property is perfect for a coastal getaway - sit back on the deck with a book and soak up the sun and enjoy the coastal breeze or head down to the beach for a swim or surf. The boat ramp is located just minutes away! The House - Relax on the deck, with stunning panoramic ocean views right down the coast! This beautiful beach house is perfect for 2 - 3 families with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living areas on both levels. The downstairs area also has a kitchenette/bar area and a ping pong table - great retreat for the kids! Wifi is available also! The fully equipped kitchen is great to whip up scrumptious meals for the family. You can enjoy a morning brew with the Nespresso Coffee Machine, please use only compatible pods LOR or Nespresso. Laundry facilities are located downstairs for your use; washing machine & dryer, iron/ironing board and a drying rack. The garage has been recently converted to a small home gym with weight machine for your use This property is pet friendly, however the property is not fully fenced. Please BYO pet bed, bowls etc This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen at time of booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Drive way parking for 2 cars and plenty street parking Important Notes: - Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details. - Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided. - This property has a strict ’no party policy’ and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property. - Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled - Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions. - All information provided is current at the time of issue but may change at any time and are subject to availability.
