Spacious Mollymook family home with dual living spaces. Walk to beach & golf club. Large backyard, pool table & covered outdoor entertaining area for summer fun. Spacious four bedroom home located on a quiet street, only a short stroll to stunning Mollymook Beach and Golf Club. This property is ideal for families. The kitchen overlooks the dining and pool table area so you can still be apart of the fun whilst cooking up dinner for the family Enjoy the two living areas featuring a pool table for plenty of fun! There are plenty of books and board games to keep the kids entertained. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, with walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The ceiling fan does not work Bedroom 2 features 2 single beds Bedroom 3 features 2 single beds Bedroom 4 features 1 double and 1 single bed Linen is not provided at this property. You will need to supply linen and toiletries or contact our office for linen hire details Please note this property has had previous storm damage to the outdoor area side fencing.
