Relax under the air-conditioning in the open plan living area while you make use of the large Smart TV, or sit out on the north facing front deck, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and take in the bright blue shimmery ocean views for hours. Downstairs is a charming studio apartment that can be locked off from the rest of the house to create a parents retreat, complete with kitchenette and open living area with TV and adjoining bathroom. Lots of fun to be had with a games room including ping pong table and darts, with beach cricket, kayaks, boggy boards, and other out door games provided. Upstairs includes an indoors games cupboard under the aircon including board games, puzzles, cards. The living areas up stairs and down stairs are fitted with Bluetooth speakers and charging stations in the side tables. So entertainment is at your reach even on a wet day! For those wanting a night in style, head down to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant and pool bar for a night of wining and dining, just a 1-minute walk from the house. If you prefer lazy days by the beach, the options are endless - Jones Beach and popular Mollymook Beach are within walking distance of your front door, and the pristine Narrawallee Beach and Inlet are a quick 5-minute drive away. The beauty of the local area is that you can do as much or as little as you like; there are many local bushwalks including the famous Pigeon House Mountain, Mount Bushwalker or Florance Head nature trail. With plenty of parking space available, bring the boat and enjoy a day on the water. Be sure to pack your snorkel and kayak or hire a stand up paddle board at Narrawallee Inlet, or visit the historic township of Milton to browse the boutique shops and enjoy lunch at one of the many cafes.
