This charming, updated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo sleeps 6 across a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Frisco Main Street, Ten Mile Creek, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit’s central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
Upon entry, guests will find themselves in the open concept kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and is fully updated, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. The dining table seats 4, with additional seating for 2 more at the breakfast bar.
The living room offers a cozy gathering space complete with a gas fireplace, large mounted Smart TV, and modern furnishings including a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy mountain views from the living room or the private balcony.
Past living room, you will find the primary and guest bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, mounted Smart TV, dresser, and en suite 1/2 bath. The guest bedroom offers a twin-over-twin bunkbed, and a desk. The guest bathroom provides single-sink vanity and a separate water room for the toilet and walk-in shower. The bathrooms are both tastefully updated. For your convenience, each bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.
