Designed to host up to 16 guests, this single-family retreat blends modern architecture with coastal elegance, offering expansive indoor-outdoor living, direct beach access, a private 18-meter ocean-view pool, full concierge service, and a dedicated team including a full-service chef, waitstaff, and daily housekeeping. Cancellation Policy: For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. *This Cancellation Policy is not applicable to HVMB guests. House rules: After 10 pm, loud music is not allowed, and we ask that you maintain a moderate noise level. Do not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.
