Welcome to The Bloom House & Lischey Loft by Property Manager! These two homes are right next door, with a combined total of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 16 guests—an ideal setup for large groups, families, or friends looking to stay close while enjoying their own space.
Together, these retreats place you in the heart of East Nashville, a vibrant neighborhood known for its eclectic dining, local coffee shops, and buzzing live music venues. Downtown Broadway is just a short ride away, where legendary honky-tonks and cultural landmarks await.
The Bloom House
This colorful retreat sleeps up to 12 guests and is brimming with bold design, floral accents, and curated artwork. Inside, an open living space invites connection with eclectic décor and plush seating. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area make shared meals easy, while four bedrooms—including a king suite with ensuite bath, two guest rooms with queen beds, another with two double beds, and a bunk room—ensure comfort for all. With two bathrooms featuring shower/tub combos, getting ready for a night out is a breeze.
Lischey Loft
Perfect for smaller groups, this stylish studio sleeps up to 4 guests. The queen-over-queen bunk bed maximizes space, while the living area offers a large TV and fireplace for cozy evenings in. A full kitchen and dining setup provide flexibility for home-cooked meals before heading out to explore East Nashville.

There’s a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country’s most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, “Nashvegas” is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at Property Manager than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We’ve enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
