bath condo on the third floor of Building III. Enjoy true ski-in/ski-out
access to Park City Mountain with Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts just
steps away—making it easy to hit the slopes or head back for a break at your
convenience.
When you’re ready to explore beyond the mountain, Park City’s charming
Historic Main Street is just a short ride away on the free town shuttle,
giving you effortless access to shopping, dining, and après-ski nightlife.
Recently remodeled, this mountain retreat blends comfort with style. The fully
equipped kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and a
breakfast bar with seating for four—perfect for casual mornings before hitting
the slopes. A spacious dining area seats eight guests, offering plenty of room
for shared meals and après-ski gatherings.
The stylish living room is furnished with a new sleeper sofa, a large TV, and
gas burning fireplace, creating an inviting space to relax after a day of
adventure.
The main bedroom offers a king-size bed, well-appointed furnishings, and a
private en suite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and
access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. The loft
provides extra flexibility with a twin bunk bed, an additional living area
with two sectional sleeper sofas, TV, and its own en suite bathroom.
Additional condo amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a fabulous balcony,
private washer and dryer, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There is an indoor
locker room for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from
the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
