The screen porch also can accesses the grill porch and 13 steps down to the pool. The kitchen features a Sub Zero refigerator, Thor (gas burning) stove / oven, a full size icemaker, double refrigeration drawers and a dishwasher. The kitchen island has 3 barstools and sits adjacent to the dining room table that seats 8 or can be extended to seat 10. The home has a large pool (24’ x 10’) pool and an outdoor pavillon area under the house complete with a ping pong table, TV, pool bathroom and multiple areas to lounge poolside. The large laundry room is also located on this level. Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed, TV, and a full-sized bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds, two trundle beds, and a full bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a powder room down this hall. The home also has perfect access to the Sonesta Resort and spa where a massage is just a short walk down the beach.
