Directly overlooking the Atlantic in Palmetto Dunes, 3104 Windsor Court offers a refined coastal experience. Following a complete renovation finished in February 2026, the interior reflects a modern, clean aesthetic designed to highlight the ocean views from every primary living space.
The Space The floor plan is open and centered on the coast. In the primary suite, you’ll find a King-sized bed and a private, updated en-suite bathroom. For additional guests, the living room is furnished with a premium Queen sleeper sofa, and a second full bathroom is located off the main hallway to ensure everyone has their own space.
The Lifestyle This villa is positioned for immediate access to the outdoors. A private balcony looks directly over the dunes, while the building’s elevators or stairs lead you straight to the Windsor Court oceanfront pool, fire pits, and the beach path.
Within the Palmetto Dunes resort, you are minutes from three championship golf courses, the 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking, and the tennis and pickleball center.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
