This bright, beautiful 2-bedroom 2 bath + bunkroom townhouse overlooks the George Fazio golf course, one of the most desired courses to play in Palmetto Dunes.
Upon entry, six steps lead to the beautifully decorated open concept living area. The large dining table offers cozy seating with a banquette bench plus 4 dining chairs. Enjoy dining with expansive golf course views and lots of natural light. The fully renovated and well-equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, and plenty of accessories to suit your every need. Relax in the cozy, living room that features a sleeper sofa, and 2 chairs, or watch a movie on the flat screen smart TV + DVD with Roku. The living room also offers a slider which provides natural light and access to the balcony.
The first-floor bedroom has a king bed and flat screen TV + DVD and a desk/chair for those looking for a remote work option. The bathroom with shower/tub combination is located just to the right of the bedroom entry.
15 steps lead to the upper level where you will find the second bedroom which offers another king bed and completely renovated on-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The upper-level bedroom also includes a flat screen TV with DVD and Roku, and a desk/chair for remote workers.
The bunk room is located upstairs and includes 3 twin beds + a flat screen TV with Roku – it is the perfect place for the kids to play and rest. This bunk room will share the bathroom with the upstairs bedroom; this is an open, loft style space.
Along with the spectacular golf views, the enlarged private patio boasts a gas grill and a table/chair set with umbrella. This non-smoking villa is an excellent choice for your next vacation if you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the island life!
A folding utility wagon for walking to the beach is also included for guests to use.
