HILTON HEAD. This third row beach palace is 7,000 square feet of luxury. Located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. This home offers direct access to the famous Hilton Head beach and is just a short walk to the tennis center or the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course.
Upon entry guests will find an open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining areas. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances with a wine cooler and granite countertops. It has an additional sink at an island with 2 barstools. The laundry room is located off the kitchen with a full size washer and dryer. The breakfast area has two tables for 6 (twelve seats in total) There is access to the lower porch from the breakfast and living room areas. The two-story living room offers plenty of seating with a sofa, three upholstered chairs, ottomans, game table for four, 65” Curved TV and a decorative fireplace. Next to the living area is the dining room that has a large table for 10. This one room open floor plan accommodates 26 for sit-down dining. There is also a highchair available for guest use.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, two are master suites with king beds and direct access to the porch. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second level of the home offers 5 bedrooms; 2 master suites with king beds, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bedroom with 2 full size double beds. All of the bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom, with the exception of the double bedroom which shares a bath directly across the hall with one of the queen bedrooms. Both king suites and the double bedroom have access to the second level porch that has a dining table for four, sofa and 2 additional chairs. There is also a small kitchen at the end of the second story hall with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishwasher and stovetop. All rooms have TVs. There is also a crib in the 2nd floor king bedroom and 2nd floor bedroom with two doubles.
In the basement level of the home you will find a media room including a 55” TV, new 7.5 foot pool table, game table, new championship ping pong table, sleeper sofa and 3 recliners. From the basement you also have direct access to the pool area.
Pull-out sofas with new memory foam mattresses are located in the media room and two of the oversized masters to comfortably accommodate sleeping a total of twenty-four. This is a perfect home for sharing with three or four families.
The large covered porch on the first floor has a dining table for six, side chairs, gas grill and it overlooks the pool area. Fifteen steps lead down to the pool and spa where you will find 10 lounge chairs for sun bathing and relaxing by the pool. 2 Minutes to Palmetto Dunes golf course.
*Pool and spa heat available for additional fee. Pool and spa heat requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date to ensure the best service. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for the pool to heat.

The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
While the island's European settlement history spans only about 250 years, it has a rich cultural heritage that can be discovered at the Coastal Discovery Museum or on a Gullah Heritage Trail Tour where visitors can learn about the West African influenced Gullah culture of the island's early settlers.
Apart from being a vacation spot, Hilton Head Island also has a resident population with local businesses, schools, churches among other establishments. For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
In conclusion, Hilton Head Island provides both relaxing and invigorating vacation experiences with its beautiful natural landscapes, recreational activities and historical attractions coupled with warm Southern hospitality making it an appealing destination for various types of travelers.
