A large private deck with multiple levels offers a 360-degree view overlooking Calibogue Cay with a direct view of Daufuskie Island. It is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or to end your day watching sunsets and the tides with a glass of wine.
This home provides complete privacy for two people on a dead-end street lined with live oaks and draping moss. The property is in a nature preserve where you will have sightings of deer, birds and other wildlife.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with table and four chairs. Stainless steel appliances for your cooking pleasure. This home also includes a coffee bar set up in the kitchen overlooking the water. A Nespresso machine and a drip ground coffee maker as well as a k - cup coffee maker for your enjoyment. The spacious open living room offers a sectional sofa and tv with many spots to relax and read. There is a half bath off the living room. The cozy bedroom has a queen size bed, smart tv, and master bath with shower. There is a separate door to an additional powder room. A washer and dryer is located on the lower level for your use.
