Step outside to your own private sanctuary. The backyard boasts a sparkling pool, outdoor shower, firepit with lounge seating, and lush landscaping. Grill dinner under the shaded pergola, dine al fresco with friends, or watch the desert sky transform from golden hour to starlit night on one of three scenic balconies.

Tucked into a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Palm Springs, Desert Horizon offers both serenity and convenience. You’re just minutes from local favorites like Koffi, grocery stores, top restaurants, golf courses, and hiking trails—yet far enough to enjoy peace and privacy when you return home.
Pool Heat
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87 from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: November March: USD75/night and April, May, October: USD50/night. Heat is not needed in other months not listed.
For stays under 5 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay unfortunately we cannot heat it for select days.
A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge.
Utility Surcharge
For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a USD500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a USD89/dog/stay fee.
Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a USD200/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees. Any signs of pets on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional USD500 fee. Sorry not feline friendly.

-Guests will sign a Ryson Terms and Conditions form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
